After living life and having a long career as a real estate professional in the Puget Sound area, I am grateful to be home with my family on the Oregon Coast where I grew up. Now, as a licensed Realtor in Oregon, I can bring my expertise & history of helping to educate Buyers and Sellers to my Hometown. Beachside Realty has been a long-time dream of mine. Instead of paying for unnecessary tools & services at a large brokerage, I can now offer more specific & desirable services that my clients need and deserve. I've been a WSHFC Certified Instructor in Washington for 15 years, have worked New Construction for one of the top 10 builders in the US, and have helped many families with challenges such as pre-foreclosure, short sales, and probate. My 8 years as a Loan Specialist in the mortgage industry has provided opportunity to learn the inner workings of how to obtain real estate financing, as well as options for homeowners and how to maneuver when struggles occur. I love everything about what I do but the BEST part is the people I get to meet and help realize their dream of homeownership - especially when they come to me thinking they can never buy a home of their own.
